Job summary

Sysco Northeast Rdc is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, while maintaining safety, security, and efficient inventory control. The role drives productivity targets and manages automated systems.

You will supervise staff, train team members, and coordinate with customer service to resolve shipment issues, ensuring timely deliveries and accurate order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management is preferred.
• 2–5 years of Supply Chain/Warehouse and Management experience.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management platforms and Inventory systems.
• MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily processing of Purchase Orders to ensure flow through Admin systems.
• Ensure warehousing and dispatch within prescribed timeframes.
• Oversee receiving, inventory control & returns processing.
• Input data, provide training, supervise staff, oversee workflow.
• Assist Customer Service Manager with shipment or returns issues.
• Maintain Instawarehouse equipment and proper storage and shipping.
