Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, delivery, or operations environment.
• Supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Comfortable using technology platforms and mobile apps to manage workflow.

Responsibilities

• Execute building open and close procedures for warehouse and inbound yard.
• Lead pre-shift and mid-shift meetings, assign duties, and communicate daily goals.
• Allocate labor across areas based on volume and priorities.
• Assess performance and provide timely feedback; support development.
• Train associates on SOPs and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with independent contractors on onboarding and dispatching.
• Monitor workflow with WMS and reporting tools to track KPIs.
