Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in the Seattle area to lead day-to-day site operations, supervising drivers, associates, and 1099 contractors, and ensuring the Fetch standard is met. The role focuses on allocating labor, directing workflow, and delivering a high-quality resident experience every day.

You will collaborate with the Warehouse Manager, utilize the Fetch WMS, and enforce safety, performance, and accountability across shifts to maintain efficient, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to direct a team clearly.
• Comfortable using technology platforms to manage workflow and track performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, staging, and dispatch.
• Conduct pre-shift and mid-shift meetings to review goals and safety.
• Allocate labor based on volume and priorities; monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Coach and develop associates; support ride-along evaluations with the Warehouse Manager.
• Train staff on Fetch SOPs and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Coordinate with independent contractors and onboarding/dispatch processes.
• Monitor workflow using Fetch WMS and report KPIs such as OTR/UTR and SLA attainment.
