Job summary

Fetch Package, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations at our Shawnee, KS site, guiding drivers, associates, and contractors.

The hourly supervisor role will partner with the Warehouse Manager to execute daily plans and uphold Fetch standards, including safety, accuracy, and resident-focused service. You will help allocate labor, supervise inspections, and ensure on-time package delivery while modeling a culture of safety and teamwork across shifts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in warehouse/logistics with supervision preferred.
• Comfortable using technology platforms and mobile apps to manage workflow.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute building open and close procedures including warehouse and inbound yard walks to verify physical security; oversee daily warehouse operations including package receiving, sorting, staging, and dispatch to ensure smooth and on-time execution.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections to verify equipment, supplies, and tools are properly stocked and accounted for; lead pre-shift and mid-shift team meetings; communicate daily goals and assign job duties across drivers, associates, and contractors.
• Allocate labor across operational areas based on volume, staffing availability, and daily priorities.
• Independently assess associate and driver performance and provide timely feedback; support development through coaching and structured feedback delivery.
• Train associates on Fetch SOPs and verify ongoing SOP compliance.
• Coordinate relationships with independent contractors, onboarding, dispatching, and schedule management.
• Use the Fetch WMS and reporting tools to monitor workflow, inventory, KPIs, and shift documentation.
• Maintain access control and report lost devices; resolve customer experience tickets daily.
