Fetch is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and serve as a frontline leader for drivers, associates, and contractors in our Charlotte site. You will allocate labor, direct workflow, enforce standards, and ensure on-time delivery to residents following Fetch procedures.

You will work with the Warehouse Manager to execute the daily plan, mentor staff, and uphold a culture of safety, efficiency, and exceptional resident service.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, delivery, or operations.
• Supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Ability to learn Fetch WMS quickly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must lift 50+ pounds and remain on your feet.
• Valid driver’s license and successful background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Execute building open and close procedures and oversee daily warehouse operations.
• Lead daily vehicle inspections and pre/post-shift meetings; assign duties.
• Allocate labor across areas based on volume and priorities.
• Provide timely feedback on performance and coach associates; conduct ride-along evaluations.
• Train staff on Fetch SOPs and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with independent contractors and onboarding activities.
• Use Fetch WMS to monitor workflow and track KPIs, and document shift reports.
