Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations at the site, guiding drivers, associates, and contractors. This hourly leadership role focuses on labor allocation, workflow direction, and upholding the Fetch standard to ensure on-time package delivery.

You will work with the Warehouse Manager, train staff on SOPs, monitor safety, and handle access control, device checks, and incident reporting.

Qualifications

1+ year in warehouse/logistics with supervisory or team-lead experience.
Proficient with warehouse management systems and mobile apps.
Strong communication and decision-making under shift pressure.

Responsibilities

Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, staging, and dispatch.
Conduct daily vehicle inspections and lead pre/post shift meetings.
Allocate labor across areas based on volume and priorities.
Evaluate performance and provide feedback; escalate issues to Warehouse Manager.
Train associates on SOPs and ensure compliance.
Coordinate with independent contractors on onboarding and schedules.
Use Fetch WMS and reporting tools to monitor workflow and KPIs.
Manage access control and report lost devices.
Resolve customer experience tickets daily.
Maintain safe, clean, organized work environment.
Serve as on-site contact for residents, vendors, and agencies.
Identify operational barriers and support improvements.
