Job summary

Fetch is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and act as a frontline leader for drivers, associates, and contractors. This hourly role partners with the Warehouse Manager to execute plans, uphold safety standards, and ensure accurate on-time delivery to residents.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in warehouse or logistics, strong communication, ability to manage labor, and willingness to work a fixed schedule including holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a warehouse/logistics environment; supervisory experience preferred.
• Comfortable using technology platforms and the Fetch WMS.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and stay on your feet for shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Execute building open/close procedures and oversee daily warehouse operations.
• Lead pre-shift and mid-shift meetings to align goals and safety.
• Allocate labor and direct workflow across drivers, associates, and contractors.
• Provide feedback on performance and coach team members as needed.
• Train associates on SOPs and ensure compliance across the operation.
• Coordinate with independent contractors and manage onboarding/dispatch.
• Monitor inventory, performance metrics, and complete shift documentation.
• Maintain access control and de-escalate resident or vendor concerns.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment on every shift.
• Serve as on-site point of contact for residents, vendors, and agencies.
