Job summary

Fetch Package, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations at our Austin site, guiding drivers, associates, and independent contractors.

You will oversee inbound and outbound workflows, ensure accurate sorting and dispatch, and uphold the Fetch standard while collaborating with the Warehouse Manager. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, safety, and a service-first mindset as we scale nationwide.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in warehouse or operations leadership, with supervisory experience.
• Ability to manage labor and coordinate multiple teams.
• Strong communication and decision-making under shift constraints.
• Comfort with technology platforms and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee open/close procedures and daily warehouse operations ensuring on-time execution.
• Lead pre-/mid-shift meetings; review SLA performance and vehicle inspections.
• Allocate labor across areas based on volume and priorities.
• Provide timely feedback; coach development; document evaluations.
• Train staff on SOPs and verify ongoing compliance.
• Coordinate with independent contractors; onboarding and scheduling.
• Use WMS to monitor workflow, track inventory, and report KPIs.
• Manage access control and respond to security incidents.
• Resolve customer experience tickets; escalate as needed.
• Foster safety culture and incident reporting; coach safe practices.
• Maintain clean, organized workspace and site equipment.
• Serve as on-site contact for residents/vendors; de-escalate issues.
• Identify operational barriers and support continuous improvement.
