Job summary

KeHE Distributors in Dallas seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of 25-28 associates, deliver safety and operational excellence, and meet performance goals. You will supervise daily receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control while upholding policy compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, strong leadership and WMS experience, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; additional experience may substitute for a degree.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to supervise a team.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 25-28 Warehouse Associates to meet performance goals.
• Supervise daily warehouse operations: receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control.
• Uphold safety standards, policy compliance, and continuous improvement using LEAN methods.
• Provide real-time coaching and maintain a collaborative, respectful work environment.
