Job summary

KeHE Distributors, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Dallas, TX to lead a team of warehouse associates in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. The role covers receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control with an emphasis on Lean improvements and KPI-driven performance.

You will drive high standards, coach staff, and maintain compliance across zones including refrigerated and frozen areas. The position requires flexibility to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; relevant experience may substitute.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.
• Strong computer skills with experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Warehouse Associates to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Monitor KPIs such as productivity and accuracy; drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Oversee receiving, picking, packing, shipping and inventory processes.
