Job summary

SwiftX in Dallas seeks a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead DSPs and warehouse staff, ensuring standards and continuous improvement. You will oversee quality protocols, fleet resources, and cost control while coordinating cross-functionally with internal teams and partners.

Required are a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and Mandarin proficiency, with at least 1 year in last-mile or 3PL warehousing. Excellent leadership, analytics, and pressure management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; bilingual Mandarin required.
• Minimum 1 year in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics related experiences.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist operations of DSPs and warehouse staffs, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Develop and enforce quality assurance protocols.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee warehouse activities for consistency and reliability.
• Coordinate logistics between warehouse to warehouse.
• Lead budget management and team KPIs.
• Conduct daily control meetings and performance reviews.
• Recruit qualified Staffing Agencies and provide onboarding.
• Design training to improve service quality.
• Oversee regional fleet operations, task distribution, and cost control.
• Manage in-house and outsourced vehicle resources.
• Continuously optimize collection models and processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Handle daily operations and emergency responses.
