Job summary

SwiftX Inc. seeks a Warehouse Supervisor/Specialist to manage DSP operations in Schiller Park, IL. The role runs 1pm-10pm, overseeing deliveries, performance reviews, onboarding, and training while enforcing QA standards and coordinating with partners.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year in last-mile or 3PL warehousing. Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Pay range:

• Specialist: 20-25/hour +10%bonus
• Supervisor: 55k-70k + 20%bonus
• 7 PTO days
