Job summary

The role focuses on quality control, performance management, and service excellence across local deliveries and daily operations. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least 1 year in last‑mile or 3PL warehousing, and strong leadership, analytical, and decision‑making skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in logistics preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in last‑mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics experience.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision‑making skills.
• Able to perform under pressure in fast‑paced environments.

Responsibilities

Pay range:

• Specialist: 20-25/hour +10%bonus
• Supervisor: 55k-70k + 20%bonus
