Job summary

SwiftX Inc. in Dallas is seeking a results-driven Operations Supervisor to manage DSPs and warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to company standards and safety policies.

You will develop QA protocols, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating inter-warehouse logistics and fleet operations. Strong leadership and Mandarin bilingual skills are required to lead, recruit, onboard, and train teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; bilingual Mandarin required.
• Minimum 1 year in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics.
• Strong leadership, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
• Handle daily operations and emergency responses
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, bilingual Mandarin required.
• Minimum 1 year in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics related experiences.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.
