Job summary

SwiftX Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Specialist in Bakersfield, CA to support daily operations, dispatch parcels, assign tasks to DSPs, and ensure adherence to company standards.

You will develop QA protocols, monitor performance, and lead daily control meetings and reviews. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and Mandarin bilingual ability, with 0–1 year in last-mile or 3PL warehousing experience. On-site with benefits and growth opportunities.
