Job summary

SwiftX Inc. in Louisville, KY seeks a Warehouse Supervisor/Specialist to lead warehouse operations from 5:30AM to 2PM.

The role focuses on supervising DSPs, enforcing QA protocols, and driving continuous improvement while coordinating with internal teams and external partners. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 1 year in last‑mile or 3PL warehousing, strong leadership and analytical skills, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; bilingual Mandarin required.
• Minimum 1 year in last‑mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics related experiences.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision‑making skills.

• Handle daily operations and emergency responses.

Pay range:

• Specialist: 20-25/hour +10%bonus
• Supervisor: 55k-70k + 20%bonus
• 7 PTO days
