Job summary

Swiftx Express in California is seeking a hands-on Operations Supervisor to oversee DSPs and warehouse teams, ensuring standards and quality control. You will lead performance reviews, coordinate cross-warehouse logistics, and manage budgets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and bilingual Mandarin, with at least 1 year in last-mile or 3PL warehousing. Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential for success.
