ProLift Toyota Material Handling in Kentucky is seeking a Sales Director of Warehouse Solutions to drive sales strategy, growth, and profitability for our Warehouse Solutions division. You will build a high-performing team and align sales with operations.

This role focuses on expanding market share, nurturing strategic accounts, and delivering exceptional customer success, with a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 10+ years in sales/business development.
• Minimum 5 years of sales leadership/people management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Warehouse Solutions sales strategy and annual plan to hit revenue and gross profit.
• Lead annual plans for each Sales Consultant, including territory, targets, and pipeline.
• Coordinate with Operations to hand off sold projects to execution and support.
• Build executive relationships with key customers and address concerns promptly.
• Coach and develop the Warehouse Solutions sales team with clear goals and feedback.
• Promote our values and purpose to be an indispensable partner to customers and vendors.
