Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of progressive sales and business development experience in material handling or related industry.
• Minimum 5 years of sales leadership and people management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Warehouse Solutions sales strategy and annual sales plan to achieve revenue, gross profit, market growth, and strategic objectives.
• Lead the creation and execution of annual business plans for each Sales Consultant, including territory strategy, pipeline development, and revenue goals.
• Partner closely with Operations Leadership to ensure effective handoff of sold projects to execution, installation, and ongoing support.
• Build executive relationships with key customers and support the Toyota Customer Satisfaction Program.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Warehouse Solutions sales team with clear goals and feedback.
• Promote ProLift Toyota Material Handling’s values and drive customer success.
