ProLift Toyota Material Handling is seeking a Sales Director of Warehouse Solutions to lead strategic growth, profitability, and sales performance for the division. The role partners with Operations Leadership to ensure alignment between sold solutions and execution capabilities, building a high-performing sales team and expanding market share.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in sales/business development.
5+ years in sales leadership and people management.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the Warehouse Solutions sales strategy and annual plan to achieve revenue and profit goals.
Lead the creation and execution of annual business plans for each Sales Consultant, including territory strategy and pipeline development.
Partner with Operations Leadership to ensure effective handoff of sold projects through execution and support.
Build executive relationships with key customers and vendors, align strategies with customer satisfaction.
Lead, coach, and develop Sales team through clear goals and feedback.
