ProLift Toyota Material Handling is seeking a Sales Director of Warehouse Solutions in Cincinnati to drive sales strategy, growth, profitability, and performance for the division. You will develop and execute plans to expand market share, strengthen sales execution, and build a high-performing team in collaboration with Operations Leadership.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in sales and business development in material handling or related industries, 5+ years in sales leadership, and a proven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years in sales and business development with related industry.
• At least 5 years of sales leadership and people management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Strong communication and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Warehouse Solutions sales strategy and annual sales plan to achieve revenue and growth.
• Lead creation and execution of annual business plans for each Sales Consultant, including territory strategy and pipeline development.
• Partner with Operations Leadership to ensure smooth handoff from sales to project execution.
• Build executive relationships with key customers and manage strategic accounts.
• Lead, coach, and develop direct reports and the broader sales team.
• Promote ProLift's values and build indispensable partner relationships.
