Job summary

ProLift Toyota Material Handling in Columbus, OH is seeking a Sales Director of Warehouse Solutions to lead sales strategy, growth, profitability, and team performance. You will develop strategies to expand market share and strengthen vendor relationships, collaborating with operations to ensure successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, 10+ years in sales and at least 5 years in leadership, and proven ability to coach a sales team while communicating effectively

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of progressive sales experience.
• At least 5 years of sales leadership and people management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Warehouse Solutions sales strategy and annual plan.
• Lead the Sales Consultants, define territories, pipeline and revenue goals.
• Coordinate handoff from sales to project execution and customer support.
• Build executive relationships with key customers and resolve concerns.
• Coach and develop the warehouse solutions sales team and plan succession.
• Promote values and partnerships to ensure customer and vendor success.
