Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Warehouse Solutions sales strategy and annual sales plan to achieve revenue and gross profit objectives.
• Lead the creation and execution of annual business plans for each Sales Consultant, including territory strategy and pipeline development.
• Partner with Operations Leadership to ensure smooth handoff from sales to project execution and ongoing support.
• Build executive relationships with key customers and vendors, supporting the Toyota Customer Satisfaction Program.
