Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operations Lead to manage a DashMart distribution center, lead Shift Leads and Operations Associates, and own daily site operations. You will drive safety, productivity, and a strong culture while meeting site-level metrics and labor budgets.

You will use data to identify process improvements, maintain quality metrics like order accuracy and fulfillment speed, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to equip your team with the right tools and training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' of team leadership experience in high volume operations.
• Experience managing teams of 10+ employees.
• Ability to solve problems from first principles in a startup-like environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Shift Leads and Operations Associates team.
• Own day-to-day operations of one DashMart warehouse, including scheduling and labor budget management.
• Ensure order accuracy, fulfillment speed, and quality metrics.
• Use data to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements.
