Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Site Leader for one of our DashMart warehouses in the Dayton area. You will recruit, coach, and retain a 3+ Shift Leads and 6+ Operations Associates team, own daily operations, and manage labor budgets to meet safety, quality, and performance targets.

You will lead data‑driven process improvements, partner with inventory and training teams, and ensure excellent order accuracy and fulfillment speed. Strong leadership and a willingness to work non‑standard hours are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of team leadership experience in high‑volume operations.
• Managed high‑performance teams of 10+ employees.
• College degree or relevant professional work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing Shift Leads and Operations Associates team.
• Own the day‑to‑day operations of a DashMart warehouse, including scheduling and labor budget.
• Ensure safety, quality, and site metric goals are met; drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve efficiency and customer experience.
