Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Warehouse Operations Clerk in Wisconsin to manage outbound shipping documentation and carrier communications. The role reports to the Operations Supervisor or Manager and supports receiving, put-away, picking and packing tasks as needed.

Strong data entry, accuracy with bills of lading, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required. Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED, experience with warehouse operations, and comfort using the Manhattan

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Experience with Manhattan Warehouse Management System preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle changing priorities and work under pressure.
Bi-lingual (Spanish) is preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

Communicates via email with outbound carriers daily, providing schedules for outbound shipments and equipment needs.
Communicates with site personnel to ensure operations meet requirements.
Receive all drivers and provide direction for outbound shipments.
Use a warehouse management system to open/close shipments and prepare bills of lading.
Ensure drivers depart with the correct paperwork and accurate shipping documents.
Maintain data and records in the WMS related to shipping activities.
Assist with resolving discrepancies and with material handling tasks as needed.
Monitor trailer capacity and coordinate with spotters for trailer moves.
