Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Warehouse Operations Clerk to ensure shipping documents are accurate and timely. This role reports to the Operations Supervisor or Manager and supports outbound logistics.

You will open/close shipments in the Warehouse Management System, prepare bills of lading, coordinate with drivers, and maintain records. The position requires physical stamina and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with Manhattan WMS preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred, not required.
• MHE experience or willingness to learn MHE.
• Ability to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with outbound carriers daily and provide shipment schedules.
• Coordinate with site personnel to ensure operations meet requirements.
• Receive drivers and direct outbound shipments.
• Use WMS to open/close shipments and prepare bills of lading.
• Ensure drivers depart with complete paperwork.
• Maintain shipping documents per SOP and record data in WMS.
• Assist with receiving, put-away, picking, packing, or loading.
• Monitor trailer capacity and coordinate with spotters.
