Job summary

NFI Industries in Greensboro, NC is hiring a Warehouse Operations Clerk to ensure shipping documents are completed accurately and on time. The role reports to the Operations Supervisor or Manager.

You will communicate with carriers, help with receiving and loading, and maintain records in the warehouse management system. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) is preferred, not required.
• Prior experience with Manhattan WMS is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily by email with outbound carriers to provide shipment schedules and equipment needs.
• Coordinate with site personnel to ensure operations meet requirements.
• Receive drivers and direct outbound shipments.
• Use the warehouse management system to open/close shipments and prepare bills of lading.
• Ensure drivers depart with accurate paperwork and shipping documents.
• Maintain accurate records in the system and support data entry for daily inventory.
• Assist with receiving, put-away, picking, packing or loading as needed.
• Monitor trailer capacity and coordinate with spotters on moves.
• Help with additional administrative duties as required by leadership.
