Job summary

DoorDash's DashMart is seeking a Shift Lead to run daily operations in a fast-paced local fulfillment center. You will own shifts, manage warehouse and light kitchen tasks, safeguard inventory and equipment, and guide Operations Associates to maintain safe, efficient, and high-quality order fulfillment.

You should be self-motivated, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and possess strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate.
• Flexibility with shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Own your assigned shifts, manage warehouse and kitchen processes, and protect inventory and equipment.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and deliver high-quality service to customers.
• Lead Operations Associates and serve as escalation point for daily tasks and safety.
• Support both warehouse and kitchen operations, maintaining a positive and safe environment.
• Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience.
