Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. in United States-New York-Guilderland area is seeking a Warehouse Selector to join our distribution team. You will select products, load trucks, and move goods both within the warehouse and to the loading dock, using reach trucks and pallet jacks as needed.

We offer training pay of $22.50 per hour and production pay of $26.00 per hour, with additional pay incentives. Benefits begin after 60 days, including medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, life insurance, and more, plus

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and perform visual inspections.
• 1 year warehouse distribution experience preferred but not required.
• English reading/writing proficiency required to perform tasks and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Select products and load trucks; move items between loading dock and warehouse.
• Operate reach truck and pallet jack to pick and sort items.
• Shrink-wrap/label outgoing orders; ensure accuracy and documentation.
• Maintain clean work area; perform other duties as assigned.
