McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Selector I to join our distribution team. The role involves selecting products, loading trucks, and moving goods within the warehouse, with hands-on use of material-handling equipment.

Starting pay includes training at $18.50 per hour, with production pay and potential incentives. Benefits begin after 60 days and include medical, dental, vision, and other programs, with vacation and holidays after probation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write and understand English for task performance and safety compliance.
• 1 year distribution warehouse experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Select product and load trucks, move products between dock and warehouse.
• Operate reach truck, pallet jack and forklift as needed.
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders; clean work area.
• Review documents and verify quantity, identity, availability and condition of product.
