McLane Company, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Selector in the United States (Phoenix, AZ). The role involves selecting products, loading trucks, and moving goods within various warehouse areas including Dry, Refrigerated, Perishables, and Freezer.

Equipment like reach trucks and pallet jacks are used daily. Pay starts at $22.75 per hour with potential to reach $26.50 per hour in the first year. Benefits begin on day 60, including medical, dental, and vision, plus life insurance and a 4-day work

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
• 1 year distribution warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English well.

Responsibilities

• Select product and load trucks, moving between dock and warehouse.
• Operate reach truck and pallet jack to pull, sort, and stack product.
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders; remove shrink wrap from incoming orders.
• Review documents; verify quantity, identity, availability, and condition of product.
• Keep work area clean; perform other duties as assigned.
