Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. in Manassas, VA is seeking a Warehouse Selector to join our team. You will select product, load trucks, and move items within the warehouse using reach trucks and pallet jacks, with safety as a priority.

Training pay starts at $20.75/hour, with production pay up to $26.00/hour and incentives. Benefits begin after 60 days and include medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, life insurance, paid holidays after 90 days, and a 401(k) profit sharing plan.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections and lift to 50 pounds or more.
• 1 year of distribution warehouse experience preferred, including operation of reach truck, pallet jack, and forklift.

Responsibilities

• Select product and load trucks, moving product between the loading dock and the warehouse.
• May work in Dry, Refrigerated, Perishables, Freezer, and other areas.
• Review documents and record information; verify quantity, identity, availability, and condition of product.
• Drive and operate a reach truck and pallet jack to select, pull, sort, and stack product.
