Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. in Burlington, NJ is seeking a Warehouse Selector to join our distribution team. You will load trucks and move products within the warehouse, using reach trucks and pallet jacks, while ensuring accuracy and safety across multiple warehouse zones.

The role offers a 1st shift (10-hour days), a comprehensive benefits package, and a sign-on bonus up to $1,000. Training rate starts at $21.50/hour, with production pay up to $26.00/hour and incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift 50 pounds or more repeatedly.
• 1 year of distribution warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Read, write, and understand English at a functional level.

Responsibilities

• Select product and load trucks, moving between dock and warehouse.
• Operate reach truck and pallet jack to select, pull, sort, and stack product.
• Review documents and verify quantity, identity, and availability of items.
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders; remove wrap from incoming orders.
• Maintain clean work areas and perform other duties as assigned.
