Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Selector to accurately pick products, load trucks, and move items within the warehouse. You will work in areas such as Dry, Refrigerated, Perishables, and Freezer, using reach trucks and pallet jacks to organize inventory.

Eligible applicants should be at least 18, able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly, and possess basic English reading/writing skills to follow safety protocols. We offer comprehensive benefits and a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift 50 pounds or more repeatedly and perform visual inspections.
• 1 year of distribution warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English to perform tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Select product and load trucks, move product between dock and warehouse.
• Work in Dry, Refrigerated, Perishables, Freezer areas as needed.
• Operate reach truck and pallet jack to pull, sort and stack product.
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders; remove wrap from incoming orders.
