Job summary

McLane Company, Inc is seeking a Warehouse Selector to join our Ontario, CA team. You will load trucks, move products within the warehouse, and operate equipment such as reach trucks and pallet jacks. The role supports multiple areas including Dry, Refrigerated, Perishables, and Freezer, with safety and efficiency at the core.

Comprehensive benefits start after 60 days and a 1st shift is available. We emphasize teamwork, safety, and detailed, accurate work.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections and repeatedly lift to 50 pounds or more.
• Prior distribution warehouse experience and operation of reach truck, pallet jack, or forklift preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Select product and load trucks, moving product between the loading dock and the warehouse and within the warehouse.
• Work in areas such as Dry, Refrigerated, Perishables, Freezer, and others as needed.
• Operate reach truck and pallet jack to select, pull, sort, and stack product.
• Hand-stack when items are off balance or mislocated.
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders; remove shrink wrap from incoming orders.
• Maintain clean work area.
