Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Selector to join our team in Forest Park, GA. You will select products, load trucks, and move items within the warehouse, with opportunities to work in Dry, Perishables, and Freezer areas.

Training and gear are provided, including freezer suits and gloves to support any area you work in. The role offers a starting pay rate of 20.30 per hour, with production-driven increases to 24.80 per hour and additional pay incentives.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform tasks safely.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Experience in a distribution warehouse and operating warehouse equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Select products and load trucks, moving items between dock and warehouse.
• Operate reach truck and pallet jack to pick, pull, sort, and stack goods.
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders, and assist with stock organization.
• Maintain a clean work area and perform other duties as assigned.
• Work in Dry, Refrigerated, Perishables, Freezer areas as needed.
