Job summary

Allied Universal in Dallas, TX is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee security operations on a specific shift at a client site. You will coordinate with the site supervisor, Account Manager, and security officers, providing coaching and ensuring timely, quality services.

The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal and written communication skills, a high school diploma (or 5 years experience), and a valid driver’s license. Background checks and drug testing are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to frequently prepare written reports and logs.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Background check and drug/alcohol testing may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize technology at client sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift and coordinate delivery of quality services.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor and Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently and maintain exceptional customer service.
