Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee security operations on a defined shift at a client site. The role acts as a liaison among site leadership, account management, and security staff, with coaching and discipline within approved guidelines.

Qualified candidates bring 3+ years in security (or military/law enforcement), strong communication, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3+ years of security experience or prior law enforcement/military experience.
• Supervisory or management experience required or military leadership experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving history.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift at the assigned customer.
• Act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
