Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a specific shift at a client site in Irving, TX. The role coordinates between site leadership and security officers to ensure high-quality service.

The supervisor will coach staff, prepare clear reports, and respond effectively to crises while maintaining professional public interactions and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable security experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs clearly.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Background check and drug test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills for client-site technology.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security services on the assigned shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication.
