Job summary

Kenco Logistics seeks an Operations Supervisor to direct warehouse associates, focusing on safety, quality and timely order fulfillment. You’ll lead scheduling, assign tasks, and monitor shipping accuracy in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Ideal candidates will have a four-year degree (or equivalent) with several years in warehousing and supervisory experience, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Travel is modest and growth opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years warehousing/distribution experience.
• At least 6 months supervisory experience.
• Proficient in PC and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Determine work volume, schedules, and workflow to maximize cost effectiveness.
• Assign duties and check quality and policy conformance.
• Schedule inventories and manage outbound shipping accuracy.
• Provide instructions and ensure SOP compliance.
• Mentor staff and conduct performance evaluations.
• Support Safety programs and process improvements.
