Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse teams, ensure safety and quality, and optimize shipping and inventory processes. You will assign duties, monitor performance, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in warehousing/distribution, and at least 6 months of supervisory experience. Travel up to 25% is expected, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum of three years of warehousing/distribution experience.
• Minimum of six months supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of associates in the warehouse/distribution environment.
• Ensure safety and quality of work across departments.
• Monitor and direct outbound shipping and inventory processes.
• Mentor and coach associates; conduct performance evaluations.
• Develop and improve processes; participate in Safety Committee.
