• 5+ years of warehouse experience in a managerial role.
• Proven capability in CI actions delivering measurable cost/service/quality improvements.
• Demonstrated ability to develop others and grow leadership in direct reports.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse KPIs.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases.
• Ability to analyze data and act on improvement opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the business strategy and drive results for safety, quality and performance.
• Lead, develop, and grow the performance of a team of about 20 employees.
• Recruiting, selecting, onboarding, and training resources.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline warehouse associates; monitor and provide feedback on performance.
• Attend workshops, review publications, network, and engage in professional societies.
• Own process improvement through problem-solving, project management, and CI methodologies.
• Meet financial standards by providing annual budget information and managing expenditures.
• Drive KPI metrics and facility performance scorecards.
