• Experience developing others and growing leadership.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse KPIs.
• Hands-on with warehouse management software and databases.
• Data-driven with ability to identify and act on improvement opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Support the business strategy and drive safety, quality, and performance.
• Lead and grow a team of about 20 employees.
• Recruiting, selecting, onboarding, and training resources.
• Coach and discipline staff to drive results; monitor and provide feedback.
