Job summary

Nordstrom is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a warehouse team of about 20 employees on 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6:00AM-2:30PM). The role ensures safety, quality and performance, drives budget adherence, and manages cost/variances.

You will coach staff, execute process improvements, and monitor KPI metrics to meet financial standards. The position requires several years of managerial warehousing experience, expertise in CI initiatives, and strong data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse experience in a managerial role.
• Proven capability in identifying and implementing CI actions that deliver improvements.
• Demonstrated capabilities in developing others and growing leadership competencies.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of about 20 employees.
