Qualifications

• 6+ years of warehouse experience in a managerial role.
• Well-developed time management and prioritization skills.
• Proven ability to develop leaders and leadership competencies.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing KPIs and performance metrics.
• Proven track record managing projects, programs and initiatives in a building.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the business strategy and drive safety, quality and performance while improving efficiency.
• Lead and grow a team of about 7 managers and their teams across shifts and departments.
• Recruit, onboard and train leaders to build leadership capacity.
• Demonstrate good judgement in decision-making and own outcomes.
• Drive KPI metrics, 4DX and facility performance scorecards.
• Partner with on-site and virtual teams to test and implement solutions.
