Job summary

Staples Advantage Canada is seeking a warehouse operations coordinator to support reporting, data analysis, and workflow coordination. You will run reports in WMS, assist department leaders, and help ensure KPI targets and SOP compliance.

The role requires solid Excel skills and familiarity with WMS/related systems, plus a willingness to learn material handling equipment. This on-site position offers full-time benefits and growth opportunities within Staples.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of basic Microsoft Excel skills.
• 1+ year knowledge of listed systems (EXE/PKMS/WMS, Galaxy AS/400, Sunbeam, BRIO, Cubiscan).
• Certification in Material Handling equipment or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Run reports in WMS and labor reporting systems.
• Assist leadership in workflow management and communication.
• Provide information to supervisors to meet reporting and metrics.
• Analyze data and develop improvement recommendations.
• Coordinate system changes and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and audits.
• Support operations in various warehouse areas as needed.
• Escalate and route associate concerns to leadership.
