Job summary

Staples is seeking a Warehouse Operations Specialist for 2nd shift in a full-time role in the United States. The position requires 1+ years of Excel and familiarity with WMS systems and related tools.

Responsibilities include running system reports, assisting with workflow management, data analysis and cross-functional communication to improve warehouse operations. Qualified candidates will have team-oriented communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to system upgrades.

Qualifications

1+ years of Excel experience
1+ years of knowledge of EXE/PKMS/WMS, Galaxy AS/400, Sunbeam, BRIO
Certification in Material Handling equipment or willingness to learn

Responsibilities

Run reports in systems such as WMS, Sunbeam or other WMS or labor reporting systems.
Assist department leader in managing the workflow as needed.
Provide required information to supervisors and managers to meet reporting and metric requirements.
Assist with communicating information to departmental teams.
Analyze data and develop recommendations for action or improvement.
Maintain system as required due to upgrades or business changes.
Ensure compliance with systems and SOPs and audit activity to ensure compliance.
Coordinate and communicate major changes or enhancements to the systems.
Work closely with Clerical support and supervisors at the location and central administration teams.
Interact with customer service to expedite and manage high touch customer requests, research complaints, and resolve issues.
