You will work with WMS and labor reporting tools, collaborate with supervisors, and analyze data to drive process improvements across departments. A strong emphasis on accuracy and teamwork is essential.

Responsibilities

• Run reports in WMS or labor reporting systems.
• Assist department leader in workflow management.
• Provide information to supervisors to meet reporting requirements.
• Communicate information to departmental teams.
• Analyze data and suggest actions for improvement.
• Maintain systems during upgrades or changes.
• Ensure system compliance and audit activity.
• Coordinate changes to systems and inform teams.
• Collaborate with clerical, supervisory, and central admin staff.
• Assist customer service to resolve high-touch requests and complaints.
• Provide backup for operations in other departments.
• Provide backup across warehouse areas.
• Escalate associate concerns to leadership.
