Job summary

Staples Advantage Canada is seeking a qualified candidate for a data-driven logistics role with a 2:00pm-10:30pm Monday-Friday shift. You will run reports in WMS and labor systems, assist leaders with workflow, and ensure reporting metrics are met while maintaining SOP compliance.

Responsibilities include analyzing data, coordinating system changes, and supporting multiple warehouse functions. The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and proactive communication across departments.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of basic Microsoft Excel computer skills.
• Experience with WMS, Sunbeam, or similar systems.
• Certification in Material Handling equipment or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Run reports in WMS or labor reporting systems.
• Assist department leader in managing workflow and communication.
• Provide information to supervisors to meet reporting and metric requirements.
• Analyze data and develop recommendations for action or improvement.
• Ensure compliance with systems and SOPs and audit activity.
• Coordinate major changes or enhancements to the systems.
• Interact with customer service to expedite high touch requests and resolve issues.
